About me
ICF member & a certified coach, Nuclear engineer, Master in Coaching & business management.
I am a Mediterranean girl who has always followed her passion. Although I majored in Nuclear Engineering, I ended up working as an Industrial Engineer, starting my career at Procter & Gamble Egypt, where I was empowered for life.P&G, where I spent 8 years, shaped how I lead, how I see people and ownership, and how I turn Operational Excellence principles into practical ways of working that deliver results.Years later, I moved from Egypt to Spain, learning a new culture and language and navigating a new environment. At Ontex Peninsular, I embarked on a transformation journey as a global Operational Excellence leader, working with plant managers and their teams across the business, as well as global functions, to drive meaningful change and make it sustainable.Today, I bring all these strengths to help organizations achieve their goals as an independent consultant. This is what intrigues me and ultimately, what I love to do.
Based in Valencia, Spain, with availability to travel wherever the project requires. Fluent in English and Spanish, as well as Arabic and French.
